It's raining cats and dogs here. It's nothing compared to how Seattle gets rain, but there again, Seattle is prepared for heavy rain seeing as how it rains 10 months of the year. The river is overflowing, we have streets (a lot near where I live) closed, the bridges (low bridges, I'm guessing) are almost under water, and it's still raining....This is getting bad... I'm worried about how I'm going to get back to work tonight. I might have to call a cab to take me the two blocks to work, how sad is that? Gah, and then I'm working a double tonight (or close enough) because it's a weekend and that's when I pick up all my extra hours in the pub.
This does not seem like a good situation if this rain continues...There's talk that it might slow down around noon, only to come back with Thunder Storms and flash floods. Teriffic...
I guess I'm going to have to figure something out. These conditions make me a little nervous, though...
